Refund and Returns Policy-RTECH SOLUTION

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from R-TECH Solutions Repair Laptops & Desktops through our online store and physical shop in Malaysia. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not working as intended upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unused and in original condition with full packaging

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.


2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Software, licenses, and digital products
  • Special-order or customized items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, drops, liquid, or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging or missing parts

3️⃣ Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable

4️⃣ Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for:

  • Wrong items delivered
  • Manufacturer faults within warranty terms

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • Repair service fees are non-refundable once the work is completed
  • If a device cannot be repaired, customers will be informed before proceeding
  • Warranty for repairs (if provided) covers only the repaired component

To start a return:

  2. Provide order number and issue details
  3. Share photos/videos if the item is damaged
  4. Wait for approval before sending the item back

  • Customers are responsible for safe packaging when returning items
